Venus Williams is through to her ninth Wimbledon final after knocking out British No. 1 Johanna Konta with a 6-4, 6-2 victory during the semi-finals yesterday.

It came after American Sam Querrey defeated defending champion Andy Murray 3-6, 6-4, 6-7 (4), 6-1, 6-1 in the quarter-finals of Wimbledon this week.

When is the Wimbledon final 2017? 

The Wimbledon men’s singles final will be at 2pm on the last day of the tournament on Sunday July 16. The the mixed doubles final also takes place on the final day.

But the ladies’ singles final is scheduled for 2pm on Saturday July 15. The men’s and ladies’ doubles finals are also on Saturday.

Britain’s Andy Murray defeated on Canada’s Milos Raonic in the men’s singles final on Sunday July 10 2016.

Serena Williams successfully defended her title after beating Angelique Kerber in the women’s singles final on Saturday July 9 2016.
